A redesigned eCommerce website that sells fishing tackle through subscription services on a monthly basis. Redesign the whole website to reduce drop-out rates, increase conversions, and grow in sales while portraying the brand more effectively and showcase a modern UI.
I started by building the design strategy, which included defining the company goals and doing user research that defined user personas. Next, I successfully audited the website to diagnose the problem, which was later solved through UX practices (user personas, user flows, information architecture, and user journey maps). After laying out the structure through wireframes, I redesigned the whole website with a modern UI that conveyed the brand visually.
